• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
• Treat all staff and other participants with respect
• Not record sessions without explicit written permission
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

4. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CrisMegal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes.

Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type:

• Individual sessions: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours in advance
• Group workshops: Full refund if cancelled 7 days in advance
• Corporate training: Custom terms as agreed in contract

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions according to the following policy:

• Individual sessions: 48 hours notice required
• Group sessions: 7 days notice required
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee

CrisMegal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by CrisMegal, including but not limited to training materials, presentations, and methodologies, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of CrisMegal.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes without a license
• Remove copyright notices from our materials
• Create derivative works based on our content

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content. Similarly, clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Proprietary coaching methods and techniques
• Other participants' personal information and progress
• Any confidential business information shared during corporate sessions

8. Limitation of Liability

CrisMegal's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from failure to follow our recommendations
• Results that do not meet your expectations

9. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during sessions. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to exclude participants if we believe their participation poses a risk to themselves or others.

10. Disclaimer of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and training, individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, improvements, or success rates. Your progress depends on various factors including your commitment, practice, and individual circumstances.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. CrisMegal reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Fail to make required payments
• Misuse our intellectual property

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
